Damien Gallagher

Damien Gallagher is a Geriatric Psychiatrist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and assistant professor at the University of Toronto. His clinical practice is focused upon treatment of late life depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety and management of behavioral & cognitive symptoms of common neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.

Research Synopsis

Research interests include prevention of cognitive decline in later life and cognitive dysfunction in late life depression. He has published in the international literature on these topics and is a member of the neuropsychopharmacology research group in Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
