Dr. Morgan completed his medical degree at the University of British Columbia followed by residencies in Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. At Ontario Shores he performs court-ordered assessments and treats individuals who are under the auspices of the Ontario Review Board.
