The Sinai Health Department of Psychiatry has had a productive and impactful academic year. A new Addictions Consult Service and Outpatient Clinic was launched. There were three successful Senior Promotions, including Drs. Pain and Ravitz being promoted to Full Professor.  Leadership of a COVID-19 pandemic pilot to collaboratively optimize GTA-wide psychiatry inpatient bed allocation continues to be sustained and optimized with support from Ontario Health. Our pilot outreach and virtual psychiatric care collaboration with WAHA has been extended and expanded. A multi-year Outpatient Redesign initiative was launched to support new models and enablers of outpatient care, including enhanced informatics, community engagement, and stepped care initiatives. In keeping with our focus on improving quality and safety initiative impact and leadership,  Dr. Tara Burra received the  was named the new education lead for CQuIPS and received the Sinai Health Dr. Bob Maunder, Chair in Health and Behaviour, continues to lead and disseminate COVID-19  healthcare worker resilience research. Dr. Lesley Wiesenfeld was renewed for a second five-year term as Chief of Psychiatry.
