Dr. David Koczerginski received his MD in 1983 and completed his psychiatric residency in 1989, both at the University of Toronto. Dr. Koczerginski has extensive experience in medical leadership within local and provincial settings with over 25+ years in acute care hospital clinical practice and 20+ years’ experience in senior leadership as Department Chief and Medical Director at three GTA Schedule 1 hospitals. Currently he is the Chief and Medical Director of the Mental Health Program at North York General Hospital. Dr. Koczerginski is also the President of the Association of General Hospital Psychiatric Services (AGHPS), part of the OHA Mental Health and Addictions Provincial Leadership Council, and participated in the OHA Provincial Task Force Suicide Prevention Standards Committee.
