Dr. Ramprasad Bismil is a Staff Psychiatrist at the St. Joseph's Health Centre, Toronto. He has been a member of the Consent and Capacity Board since 2020. He has held several positions as a psychiatrist including the Head of Division of General Psychiatry, The Ottawa Hospital and the Chief of Psychiatry at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
