Leslie Buckley

Dr. Buckley has been at CAMH since 2019 and is currently the Chief of the Addictions Division. She was formerly the head of Addiction Services at the University Health Network, Toronto Western Division and provided outpatient treatment to patients experiencing substance use disorder.

Dr. Buckley is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto specifically involved in Addiction education for medical students and residents. Dr. Buckley has supervised numerous trainees in their core rotations or elective in Addictions. As an educator Dr. Buckley has provided talks on Addiction for residents as well as at hospital sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area and at conferences for Family Physicians and Psychiatrists. Dr. Buckley has a keen interest in Advocacy in Medicine, health systems and Public Health/Health Promotion. Dr. Buckley is on the Brain and Therapeutics Division executive within the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto.
