Dr. Yang completed her medical degree and psychiatry training at the University of Toronto. She was the 2019 Dr. Mario Pagenel Fellow for Liberia, and completed this fellowship in 2020, working to support service delivery of the Partners in Health mental health team in Liberia. She works in outpatient psychiatry at St. Michael’s Hospital, with interest in DBT, and continues to work remotely to support Partners in Health Liberia. She is interested in teaching, particularly global mental health education.
