Dr. Benyamin Rotberg (He/Him) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry. He is a graduate of the Sackler School of Medicine at the University of Tel Aviv and completed his training in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Israel. He obtained a clinical fellowship in Infant Psychiatry and Consultation Liaison Psychiatry at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. 

 

Over the years, his main activity area has been meeting the needs of marginalized and disempowered families. His current focus is incorporating Art and Humanities into medical practice to improve care. He initiated an Art Hive for patients and staff at his hospital. It is a place where patients and staff create art together, side by side. He engages students and residents hands-on in this activity.
